“Do or do not, there is no try.”

~ Yoda

Mariano Medical llc was founded in 2018 after spending over 15 years treating patients suffering with pain; teaching at various medical schools and universities; lecturing throughout the country at medical congresses on the importance of safe opioid utilization and working with state and national government officials on the opioid epidemic.

Our mission is to prevent the development of opioid misuse and addiction by guiding healthcare organizations, attorneys and insurers. We will create pain management strategies not only for the single patient but for the collective in need using evidence based resources and analytics.

With the opioid crisis raging on, we need to stop the pipeline of new opioid abusers from being created. We need to DO and never DO NOT, there is NO TRY.
